Duterte to EU: - I would be happy to hang you
Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte has threatened EU politicians after they criticised the country's war on drugs, and he is clearly not afraid to speak his mind.
More than 8,000 people have been killed since Mr Duterte took power in June last year and delivered on his election promise to launch a merciless campaign against crime and drugs, the Express reports.
