    President Trump's campaign manager said she spoke with Clinton's team the night before and agreed on the right time to concede
    Within 15 minutes of the AP calling the race for Mr Trump, she says she received a call from Clinton's aide Huma Abedin
    The two then let their bosses speak to each other
    Conway, now a White House advisor, called the moment 'remarkable'
