The snow totals are in for winter storm Stella, and, for the most part, they lived up to the hype.

In parts of New York state, nearly 5 feet of snow piled up. In Binghamton, a record 35.3 inches fell, Weather.com reported. Burlington, Vt., tallied 30.4 inches, which made it the second heaviest snowstorm in 117 years of record keeping.

I don't know about that platform but most of them are 3 or 4 feet above the track and there is another 10 or 12 inches on top of that.
