Mexico opens legal aid centers all over US to defend illegals

Can the behavior of the Mexican government get any more outrageous than this?

Mexico has opened more than 50 legal aid centers at its consulates across the US to assist illegal aliens in their legal fight to stay in the country.

Could a case be made against these "legal aid centers" under the RICO law?

After all, their primary purpose is to assist those who have already violated U.S. Law, to continue to violate it...
