Change "fair" to "flat."

Make it five percent for everyone, up and down the economic ladder, and eliminate the IRS and all loopholes.

Anyone who says someone won't be paying their "fair share" with a five percent flat tax should be dismissed as a
mathematic and economic illiterate.

That'd be my fondest wish, but so long as we have the Sixteenth Amendment it isn't going to happen, and
wish though I might I don't think you could muster the requirement for a constitutional convention to repeal it.
So flatten the damn thing to five percent and take out the IRS.
