I saw the interview and at the time thought this was definitely something he was going to regret saying for several reasons.  One; three of the justices are up in years and it's going to look suspect should one pass in the time frame he mentioned.  Two, there is always the strong possibility that none of the justices retire; I can see the justices not retiring just to prove him wrong. The last reason being there is a chance that another conservative justice won't be appointed. I think the DEMS will fight tooth and nail to reject another conservative justice and further, there is nothing in the Constitution that mandates a specific number of justices be seated on the court.

Granted ... but he specifically stated by this Summer.  Retiring or passing away because of age is one thing, but putting a time frame on this issue is another.

Arizona, Nevada and Texas because of demographics, have the potential to shift in the next 20 years, just like California already has.  Blue counties in much of the Rio Grande valley.

So, some of the Trump critics can be found in these states, just watch. Trump expanding GOP wins into Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa may be key to the future well-being of Conservatism.

I am pretty sure you can find Trump critics in every state, despite what some believe, Trump is only a man and not infallible, omniscient, omnipotent or anointed by God, he makes mistakes and it is perfectly acceptable to criticize him when he does. Why shouldn't people have the same right to criticize Trump as those who criticize Cruz, no matter what he does?
