In what should be a major scandal as well as a stinging rebuke to Democrats and all of their evidence-free claims of Russian election meddling it appears as though the Obama regime did exactly that with longtime U.S. ally France.

Whistleblower organization WikiLeaks has dropped another bombshell with the publication of what it claims to be CIA documents detailing spying and possible interference in the 2012 French elections.
