A business-savvy 10-year-old girl was able to buy her dream car, a 1955 Chevy Bel Air, by selling homemade arts and crafts.
Ashlin Albright, of Seagrove, North Carolina, fell in love with the car when she began designing invitations for a 1950's themed birthday party.
After a year of making home and garden decor from discarded materials, Ashlin made enough money, with some help from her parents, to buy the teal blue beauty - which she's named Ethel.
Her mother Nina Albright described her daughter as an 'old soul'.
According to Nina, when Ashlin got the idea to get the car, she told her to 'make a few things' and see what happened.
'I thought it was going to take years and years for her to accomplish this goal and it didn't,' Nina said.
