Trump poised to take executive action on immigration
By Nikita Vladimirov - 01/24/17 06:50 PM EST

President Donald Trump is expected to take executive action on immigration on Wednesday, according to Reuters.

Trump's executive actions are expected to restrict access to the United States for refugees and visa holders from some countries.

Sources told Reuters that visa holders from Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen will be primarily affected by the new order.

No.

I've been wondering why he hasn't done anything yet when he made that such a big point in the primaries and general election. I'm willing to be patient, but it should be concerning to a lot of conservatives.

DACA and DAPA are still online, for some strange reason I can't figure out.
No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

Inside the WH tonight, the talk is all about immigration/exec orders. It's going to be a multi-day rollout by Trump, not just on Wednesday.

Has he rescinded Obama's Executive Amnesty yet?

Everything he does by "executive action" will be undone by the next democrat to sit in that chair.

According to the story...

one of Trump's executive orders will issue restrictions on refugees and is expected to include a multi-month ban on status admissions.

It doesn't look like these EO are intended to be permanent.

That was exactly my question.  Isn't that case still pending in SCOTUS?

So why bother in other words?

How about getting Congress to pass laws, which have the effect of ratifying these EOs?

Would that  satisfy you?

Do you agree or disagree with the policy positions which he has addressed?

I don't think he is going to do that.  I thought that had already been determined.
