German court to rule on banning far-right party

Most observers expect the judges at the Federal Constitutional Court to reject the bid, the second against the neo-Nazi NPD (National Democratic Party of Germany) after the first one failed in 2003.

I think Germany has lost all ability to moderate its politics.

The NPD is screwy. It believes Austria is still part of Germany and rejects capitalism.
Angela Merkel (head of the "moderate" CDU) is screwy. She is giving Germany away to Muslims in an attempt to appear anti-Nazi.
The other major German party is the SPD, which is deeply Marxist
