Belgrade, January 16 (MTI) – Hungary is sending two icebreakers to Serbia to help efforts on the frozen Danube, Serbian public television reported on Monday. As Serbia has only a single icebreaker, it asked neighbouring Hungary for help, as it did in previous years. Shipping has been banned on the Danube and the Sava as both rivers have been frozen almost along their entire sections in Serbia, it said.
