Editor’s Note: Interestingly after Erdogan first came out and officially made this claim, there was an ISIS terrorist attack a few days later in Istanbul…

Shortly after Christmas, and lost in the holiday shuffle, Turkish President and terrorist supporter Recep Tayyip Erdogan, made a statement accusing the U.S.-led coalition of supporting not only terrorists in Syria but ISIS itself. He also stated clearly that Turkey has proof that U.S.-led coalition is supporting the notorious terrorist organization it claims to be fighting.

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, December 27, Erdogan stated that “They give support to terrorist groups including Daesh (ISIS).”

CIA apologizes to Turkey over ISIL oil links claim
According to a report, the CIA who had given the Turkish intelligence agency MIT file that included information on ISIL oil coordinates in Turkey, in actual fact turned out to be an asphalt worksite of Kilis Municipality.

World Bulletin / News Desk

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and the CIA have apologized to Turkey over claims in 2014 regarding an oil trade between Ankara and ISIL.

During a U.N. Security Council meeting in 2014, Kerry had said they had information that Turkey was importing oil from ISIL, a Foreign Ministry official told the Hürriyet Daily News, adding that Çavuşoğlu denied this claim at the time.

“We know who gave you this information. Some Arab countries are reacting to us because of disagreements over the Egypt issue. They are conducting a campaign on the issue. This is a very serious accusation,” Çavuşoğlu told Kerry at the time, according to the official.

Though this is a "flaky" source, I do believe, the CIA apologized for associating Turkey with ISIS; so could this be a bit of a payback?

And at the same time, Turkey is an illogical place right now, and a whole lot of the ISIS fighters almost had to go through Turkey to join ISIS; could Turkey have not intercepted more of these? They intercepted some.

I don't know who I'd believe less,  Obama or Erdogan.

Turkey has also already asked the US for help in bombing ISIS; the problem is that in the price tag, it includes going after the Kurds too.
