Surprises never end, not even at the end of a year full of remarkable surprises!

Czar Vladimir IV, the ruler of Grand Putinia, sent a congratulatory message to King Raul of Castrogonia in which he expressed joy over the upcoming 58th anniversary of the ascendancy of the Castro dynasty.  In the same tightly-packed message, Czar Vlad also reminded King Raul that he should continue the policies of his predecessor on the throne, the recently deceased Fidel.
