Obama Loophole Allows Illegal Alien Murderer To Walk Out Of Jail And Disappear

After illegally rewriting our nation’s immigration laws and granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, Obama tried to cover his tracks by stating his immigration policy would focus on deporting “felons not families.” This unconstitutional reinterpretation of the law supposedly would catch the criminal illegals while allowing the “good” ones to continue to mooch off society. As bad as it is, Obama’s plan has a loophole in which an illegal alien must actually be convicted of a major crime. Those who are simply accused of a crime are considered innocent in the eyes or our shitty president.
This loophole came into play in a horrific way when an illegal alien murderer was allowed to walk out of jail for the simple reason that he hadn’t yet been convicted of the killing.
The Houston Patch reports that in 2014 22-year-old illegal alien Jose Hernandez murdered a 17-year-old in Houston. Hernandez was arrested and actually plead guilty to the murder charge. As he was awaiting sentence, for some f*cked up reason he was granted bail. Why an illegal alien who plead guilty to murder would be given bail is beyond me, but that’s just part of what’s wrong with this story.
