Captured on film in Sutton Courtenay, Oxfordshire, thousands of the medium sized birds partake in a little-known about phenomenon, which sees them ducking and dancing in almost telepathic harmony.

The serenity in their movement is almost surreal as the flock of birds weave and turn at a moment’s notice, in a dance so fluid it seems unimaginable to have not been choreographed.
