Canadian-born actor Alan Thicke, known for his portrayal of Jason Seaver, the father on the ’80s sitcom, “Growing Pains,” suffered a heart attack Tuesday while playing hockey with his son Carter, 19.
He was taken to Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at the age of 69.
