Jesus Christ of Nazareth is not the Republican nominee for president in this election cycle.

But if He were, Democrats would try to “destroy” Him in the same manner they’re attacking the 2016 GOP candidate, Donald Trump.

That’s according to radio host Rush Limbaugh, who hypothesized what this year’s race would look like if the Son of God were at the top of the Republican ticket.

Jesus would actually have them tied in knots, using them against themselves just like he did the Pharisees.

People think the Dems are hard to beat. They're not. The GOP has stumble bumbled into Congressional and State legislative majorities despite not fighting that hard, and kept the Presidency about 50% of the time in the last 50 years.

If the GOP would stop playing nice, we'd walk all over them.

yes, they would try, and since Jesus isn't a billionaire who treats women like garbage and slings out insults over Twitter, you'd stand there and silently watch it.

Being a 'winner' is very important to Rush and I'm not sure he sees Jesus in that light.

I was out this afternoon, had to go to the bank and then to the grocery store. On my way home I was behind a Jeep Cherokee that had a decal on the rear window that read:

Jesus Is My Co-Pilot And We’re Cruzin’ For Pu..y

 **nononono*

And yes, he also had a Trump/Pence and a Hillary For Prison bumper sticker.

In any normal world, Trump and Hillary would be in prison, or at least, not near anywhere any decision making responsibility.

But then daily, I see stuff exactly like what you describe and realize that there actually is a good chance Trump could be the President.

Limbaugh obviously believes in a weak Jesus Christ.

What a total disappointment.

He does INDEED need to be impeached as Mayor or 'Realville".  He's gone seig-heil loopy for Trump and left a sputtering mess of incoherence and abandonment of the very things he paid lip service to all these years.
