 Trump’s Biggest Vulnerability Is Trump
He is a genuinely self-destructive candidate.
By Rich Lowry — October 25, 2016

Hillary Clinton may be the first candidate in American history to win a contest of personalities without having one.

She has been content to make the election all about Donald Trump’s character, and Trump has obliged because, really, what else would he consider as fascinating and important as himself?

In a more normal year, Obamacare would be a byword for the failures of liberal technocrat rule. Insurers have been exiting the exchanges, and many of those that are staying are hiking premiums by 20 percent or more. Even a Democratic governor, Mark Dayton of Minnesota, has said that Obamacare is “no longer affordable to increasing numbers of people.”

In a more conventional election, President Barack Obama’s foreign policy would be under relentless assault. The Russian reset is in flames. Syria is Obama’s Rwanda. Iran, with its nuclear program intact, is making a bid for regional hegemony. ISIS established its caliphate in the space created by Obama’s passivity.

In any other campaign, the economy would be front and center, and the slowest recovery in the post–World War II period a constant flashpoint.

Well yes....all of this was predicted during the primaries. Many sane people knew that apart from his message Trump carried tremendous personal baggage that the Dems would use against him. And Trump being Trump he would do a lot of damage to himself.
All this has come to pass exactly as the Trump naysayers said it would. The tragedy, of course, is that another candidate, even Jeb Bush, would have crushed or defeated Cankles McPantsuit. Too late now.

Exactly. The Orange Ass Clown has all the ammo he needs to defeat Cruella. Unfortunately he's his own worst enemy, without a doubt the most ego driven, undisciplined, unfocused candidate I've ever seen.

Oh but he's A FIGHTER!!! say the Trumpsters. Unlike every other Pubbie candidate in election history Trump "fights back!!!" they claim.
You know, like during the primaries when he called opponents, who were trying to be civil to him, childish names. Why, he was so brave, he made fun of Carly Fiorina's looks and talked like a pig about other females. I ask you,  didn't that take tremendous guts to call women names?

And yet against Hillary he's spent most of his time punching himself in the face, or punching Ted Cruz and Paul Ryan. No wonder some people think he's a stalking horse.
