Let me give you a little primer on Allentown. I live nearby but I have properties there. It is a corrupt sewer. Taxes are outrageously high because a few Mayors ago, the moron signed a union contract with the Police that gave them the right to retire based on their last month of work. It meant that a lot of cops were working 90 hour weeks that last month to cash in. A bunch of cops walked away with $90K a year pensions because of that. Now the city is broke so they are inventing new ways to generate money. They sold the water plant. Blew through that money fast. Now they are hitting everyone with anything on the books that carries a fine.
On the flip side of this is the population of the city. Welfare cheats and other unemployable who don't speak English. They are just going to kick the windshields out of their low rider Toyotas when this stupid thing is affixed and go about their worthless days.
