COPS have cordoned off an area in northwest London, after bombs were reportedly discovered.

Emergency crews rushed to the scene with concerns for public safety.

Several roads in Northolt around Whitton Avenue West have been closed off since 5am.

It is understood the incident is involving an ongoing police operation.

The incident is not terror-related.
