I think they're talking about stopping being rude to other doctors.  Didn't see patients in there anywhere.

Lawyers are part of their own system, where one hand washes the other, and they have been known to do favors for others in their own professional clique by overlooking things, or just flat out refusing to look.

Other than McCoy, he was by far the best doctor on Star Trek. Though I think I'd rather have nurse Chapel than Kes (?).

Oh yes, totally agree. Kes kinda fell into some bad patches after she was fired and replaced by Seven of Nine.

Part of the Obamacare plan which has not yet been implemented-I believe 2019, Doctors are going to have to publish their fees online and ratings from patients-to help make consumers make better choices on how their $$ is spent.

This bullying and being rude will stop overnight.
