If only. Once had a neighbor's guest that insisted on playing his gangsta rap music in the back yard at THE highest volume. After my pleas that he turn it down and my asking him nicely failed....I took my speakers out on the patio, aimed it at his yard and played the most yodelie country & western music I could find....at the same volume. Didn't work. He just used that as an excuse to turn the volume further up and to continue on. You're not dealing with normal, rational and reasonable people in many cases.
Ironically, the guy being a nuisance was not the legal resident, he was the BF of the renter's daughter and was only visiting. The black guy that actually lived there liked smooth jazz, like myself, instead of rap.
This story describes one of the reasons there is so much Black on Black violence and murder. Lack of basic civility.
When Blacks drive through neighborhoods with music so loud that it rattles windows, wakes up children, disturbs phone calls, and basically disrupts the whole area, someone might call the Cops.
But when they pull that crap in the wrong neighborhoods, especially Black neighborhoods, they get shot. There is no, 'sorry could you please turn it down'. And no one is going to call the cops.
Why do Black people kill so many Black people? Because they can. And nobody cares anyway as long as it is Blacks killing other Blacks, they get away with it.
