I"ll bet Castro is jealous of our government's success at making communism a part of America.

Govt employment is the only thing propping up any type of employment at all.

It will be a major problem when a rational Executive and Congress attempt to control the out-of-control spending and slash govt jobs and payroll.

The bureaucracy will scream and claim that jobs are being killed.

True that, but they are not value-enhancing jobs.

The U.S. Will Surpass China As the No. 1 Country for Manufacturing by 2020

Quote
Total manufacturing employment in China peaked during the 1990s and has been falling ever since. And as manufacturing continues to reduce the number of workers needed, the important ingredients to success in the sector are whether advanced technologies and materials are available, and whether or not intellectual property protections are strong. The United States beats out China on both of these scores.

The mistake most people make is equating output with jobs.  They have no relation to each other.
