Her ONLY accomplishment was agreeing to be Bubba's "bagman" and collect all the under the counter pay-offs for him,and then marrying him so they can't testify against each other if a RICO case ever pops up.

She couldn't even pass a bar exam until she married him and passed the Arkansas bar exam.  Given that he was Royalty in Ark and taught Constitutional Law and then became the AG there,it's no mystery how she got pass the exam there.

The truth is she really isn't very bright,but has been a useful shield for Bubba. Everything comes from that.
