A man was arrested after he set himself on fire, filled his car with gas cylinders and slammed the vehicle into the underground garage entrance to a Sydney, Australia police station in a failed attempt to blow it up.

Eye witnesses said that the gas bottles did not detonate but that the crazed man, reported to be in his 60’s, made threats to blow up the police station in the Sydney suburb of Merrylands.

Police noticed the man parked in the driveway to the Merrylands police station around 7 p.m. Thursday, local time.

Hmmmm...."There is “nothing to indicate he is linked” to terrorism..."

First sentence of the article is atrociously written...read the accompanying article for a more accurate description of the event.
