I find Melina Trump a very good looking woman and don't want to insult her personally. I also don't think she is ready for the intense media scrutiny she is going to get and, to some degree, earned.  I think, and it's just my opinion, she is unprepared for just how much in the tank the media is going to be for Hillary.

I don't agree.....she's got thick skin or she couldn't have lasted in the modeling industry she was in, which consistently and daily is an intense and scrutinizing arena to work, and this in full view of an audience set on making judgement calls in every respect...and not in just ones appearances.... It's 'brutal' industry few outside it understand for they only see the finished product.

Melania herself has stated more than once her understanding of what she knows will come, and after seeing her husband get trounced 24/7 she also knows her time will come as well...and stated clearly she is prepared for that.

But it isn't the media that's to blame entirely....it's the public that gorges itself on smut and scandal that willingly invites and enjoys feasting on such.  The media simply gives it what it craves and is never satisfied with.....

Well I'm not a Trumpette, and I don't dish out.......and I'm not dragging Cruz into this.....it's pretty apparent the comment made regarding  Malania's shoes and being on ones back  was way over the top.....the comparison to Heidi was more than fair and appropriate in my response....so if the poster is using shoes as a point of reference then that includes all who wear them..including myself.

You really need to pay attention to who you're accusing statements are to..... It's not wise to make blanket statements when addressing someone directly who has never stated as such.

 Michele Obama has never had any fashion sense because she initially was making political statements regarding her style....she appealed to the African nation by her own selections...which were horrible...and thereafter worked with designers outside of the US to dress her whom also were nightmares.  Forgetting completely she was the First Lady representing 'THIS' country which she had no intentions of doing.....she was way in over her head and remains so today...just as her husband was and remains.

Further you are mistaken to say that looks shouldn't  have anything to do with this election.  We don't live in the world the Eleanor Roosevelt lived in today, rather ones appearance most certainly does matter.......Obama's skin color did matter and brought in the black vote profoundly so.....didn't matter what he said or wanted to do...he had the "appearance" the black community could and did relate to. We live in a nation where clothes, style and dress DOOO matter.

The Obama's not only brought this nation down but they brought down the formalities of being representatives of our country as President and First Lady. By their public appearances and behavior.....so appearances to indeed matter very much in how an individual carries themselves and how they appear in the public eye.......And certainly not as this.......I can't wait til they're out of the Whitehouse!

Personally I was fully backing Cruz, even before he announced and until he bowed out of the race..... which in fact was a great disappointment to me which took some time to get passed. I still will support Cruz where ever he is working for this country...but he lost the primary and that's just all there is to it....he's not in this race.

So the reality is there are two nominees.. Donald Trump and the  Bill and Hillary duo. Make no mistake that some vote for Hillary because they want Bill and realize they get two for the price of one.

Regardless of the source, the truth is still the truth.  Plagiarism in her convention address and padding the resume are both an embarrassment to the campaign.

I will probably be voting for Trump this fall.  I have accepted that reality.  But while I may hold my nose to cast my vote, there is no way in hell that I will close my eyes to the truth of what I am getting.

Sad, isn't it?  Well, at least with this the press is doing their job and we will know exactly what we are getting.  Not much comfort there.
