Loved seeing the patriotic toons.  I asked my freshman niece in college what Memorial day was.  She had no clue.  She knows now!   :patriot:

Thank You Pookie for your excellent posts on this most important day.
REMEMBER!

It is for some and is not for others hard to imagine that with the course our Republic is currently traveling; it may not be long before this day of National Remembrance is officially abolished as too offensive.  But the holiday will remain and probably renamed as something like National Barbecue Day then again even that would be offensive to some group.  Oh well the soon to be government appointed Politically Correct Committee for progressive socialism will figure something out.
