PATAGONIA REGION, ARGENTINA (INTELLIHUB) — For years it has been well-known by national defense experts, in both the U.S and abroad, that the Earth’s moon is abundant with Helium-3 (³HE), a non-radioactive isotope that can be used in a variety of applications as a safer source of nuclear energy. Helium-3 is rather rare on Earth, which is estimated to contain less than 100,000 metric tones in total, compared to the moon’s estimated quantity of 5 million metric tons and is likely the reason the race is on between the U.S. and China to strip mine the moon.
.
A former Executive Officer of a U.S. submarine, confirmed to Intellihub’s Shepard Ambellas, back in the late 90’s, just how valuable the element is and told Ambellas, at the time, that Helium-3 was indeed already being used in secret military applications such as underground bases submarines in the fleet beyond the Seawolf-class.
.
“One of the main reasons helium-3 is sought as a fusion fuel is because there are no neutrons generated as a reaction product. The protons that do get generated have charge, and can therefore be safely contained using electromagnetic fields,” John Hewitt wrote in early 2105, predicting that China would be first to robotically harness the isotope from the moon’s surface.

CNBC reported:
.
It is a possible fuel for nuclear fusion that could solve energy demand on Earth for 10,000 years, at least. Platinum, another rare mineral here on Earth, is believed to exist in large quantities on the moon and could be used in various energy applications, he said. “Once you take a mind-set of scarcity and replace it with a mind-set of abundance, amazing things can happen here on Earth,” Jain said. “The ability to access the resources of the moon can change the equation dramatically.”
Sounds to me like the plot is thickening.
.
Interesting about the subs already using H3.
.
I'm certain that China would LOVE to out perform, maneuver the U.S. in such moon mining regards.
.
Perhaps the oligarchy wants China to pull such a stunt for a reason. Hard to figure.
.
Certainly shifting to a mentality and safe, pollution free mentality of abundance would be a MAJOR shift.
.
Time will tell.
