Already well known to be an overbearing gestapo, Holly Ray removed the bike rack, and made the new rule at the beginning of the school year and reinforced it in March.
Only way you can get to and from school is in a car or bus! Parents stay in your car! Holly Ray demands!

THAT was it! Ad-Hominem and bad grammar? Really Todd?
He then referred me to his letter released yesterday, April 6th, where he lied and as well deferred to the ramifications as opposed to the real issue.
The big issue is his LIE about only 12 students withdrawing…Open Records caused MISD to release the number 67:

No more walking, even with a parent, and absolutely no bike riding! AND… Parents are not allowed to even walk on campus with their kids! The are demanded to stay in the car!

Federal Law Now Says Kids Can Walk To School Alone!!!!! Too bad for Holly Ray!
Not only is she an overbearing gestapo who is trampling on parental rights, Holly Ray is BREAKING Federal Law! That is full reason for termination!
Let me explain, Holly Ray. In the Biblical illustration of slavery, YOU are the slave and the parents and the taxpayers are the masters. NOT the other way around.
Red Skelton explained it so easily in his Pledge off Allegiance.

Parents say that not only are students leaving because of it, but teachers and staff are leaving the as well! Yet the District is standing behind her! INSANE!
Fox26Houston reports:
“She’s threatening to arrest people,” says Wendy Jarman about principal, Holly Ray.
“This has happened to many parents,” Jarman says. “They have been cited. They have been threatened, if they step one foot on school property, they will be arrested and charged with who knows what.”
Frank Young has one of those warnings. He also lives close to the school and he also pulled his children out of it. Young says no effort to negotiate a better policy or even hundreds of signatures on a petition got the district to change the policy or bully tactics.
“Mrs. Ray’s policy is implying that a parent doesn’t have the ability or capability to decide what is safest for her children and that the school district does,” Young says. “I disagree.”
The school district responded to Fox26Houston’s request for comment with a statement fully supporting Principal Ray, saying the goal is a safe dismissal process. Holly Ray OBVIOUSLY is ignorant on history as well!

Holly Ray is now making a national mockery out of Magnolia ISD and the city it is a part of! She is also making a mockery out of TEXAS where freedom and liberty are at the foundation of who we are!
We know how it works. This will be reversed. Holly Ray most likely will eventually be fired, as soon as a Federal Lawsuit begins…and I hear from sources it is being considered…as she and the Magnolia ISD are breaking Federal Law!
When stupidity goes on in the schools, when it goes to the media, the stupidity has light shined on it! The Holly Ray insanity is working it’s way through now!! The people will win!

Parents in the Lake Windcrest subdivision which backs up to the school property have been issued warnings and restraining orders for walking and retrieving their children at the end of a school day. I would like to note these parents volunteer at the school on a regular basis.

As you can see in the diagram below the houses in Lake Windcrest are in great walking distance which I am sure was a positive when purchasing their home.
School location is a HUGE portion of property value! Residents should be seriously angered as this will definitely affect the value of their home! I would sue!
