Police officer captured on camera stopping traffic to salute a retired Marine

Retired Marine Guy Taylor Jr. mans the balcony of his club, the Stork Club, in Galveston, TX every night to honor the service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice by playing Taps with his trumpet.
This past Friday evening, local resident Karla Smith, captured a constable park in the middle of the intersection of Post Office street and 21st street to stop traffic for Taylor’s tribute.
The constable parked his car, signaled vehicles on both sides of the intersection to stop, turned towards Taylor and held a salute until Taps was complete.
The original video, posted to Facebook by Karla Smith, has over 64,000 shares since it was posted on Friday evening.
