"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

That's not weird or anything.

So, there's a Twitter account, "Dungeons and Donalds"...

No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

Are you seriously suggesting our press is not free @Once-Ler ?  You know --- that group of elitists free to create their own news and facts.

Seriously?  Do you hate the President this much?

I don't think @Once-Ler made the signs, which were directed at anti-free-press remarks of both Putin . . . and Trump.  You might have forgotten Trump's words, but not everyone has.

It is a political graphic and it was posted under "Political Graphics".  What do see as the problem?

Is that an example of a  rhetorical question?

Let's hope so.  It's the only way it makes sense.

Yes, @Right_in_Virginia, he (i.e., @Once-Ler) posted it.  It seems that his philosophy is to post items from a variety of viewpoints, informing others of what's out there, not just restricting his postings to what you like.

You, evidently, take the philosophy that only one viewpoint should be posted, maintaining ignorance of what else is out there.

Both are perhaps valid views on how we should post.

What I find interesting is that the poster with the philosophy of becoming informed is not a knee-jerk Trump supporter, while we can see the person who can find no fault with Trump is the one who chooses the philosophy of ignorance.

Yes, interesting.
