When even the far left New York Times is calling the Travis County charges against Governor Rick Perry a political stunt, you understand how Governor Perry managed to look so defiantly calm as he strode into an Austin Courthouse to have his mug shot and fingerprints taken.  Assuring his supporters he will fight the baseless charges with “every fiber of his being”.  Perry had a dispute with a convicted drunk driver who had threatened law enforcement officials. This drunk driver also happened to be a District Attorney in Austin County – the very county that is now charging the governor for abuse of power.  At any rate, support for Perry, likely due in part to his calm under fire demeanor, is swelling throughout the United States, as seen by this rather amusing impromptu campaign material now going viral:

The only thing I would change is, take out the 'looking good' and replace it with 'being a decisive leader'...

Excellent suggestion, Dan. I, too, thought that 'looking good' part was a bit silly.
