No doubt Chief Jackson had never used his fancy MWRAPS and mounted guns and figured this was just the occasion to let his boys loose.

No sane person can look at what happened last night (I watched it on USTREAM) and think the police response is rational or proportional. The on-scene commanders were ordering people off the street at 9 pm and there has  been no formal curfew issued.  Cops don't get to do this.

I don't know if Michael Brown's civil rights were violated, but this entire community's civil rights have been violated on a nightly basis by these thug cops.
Roy Moore's "spiritual warfare" is driving past a junior high without stopping.
