Non-Muslim Minority Facing ISIS Genocide in Iraq Beg Obama for Water

This was what Obama said when he chose to engage in an illegal unilateral attack on Libya on behalf of Islamic Jihadists.

“Now we saw regime forces on the outskirts of the city.  We knew that if we wanted — if we waited one more day, Benghazi, a city nearly the size of Charlotte, could suffer a massacre that would have reverberated across the region and stained the conscience of the world.”

Obama’s claim of a massacre was a complete and total lie.

But now there is a situation in which a non-Muslim minority faces actual genocide at the hands of Al Qaeda in Iraq.

The World Leader of the Yazidis issued a desperate plea to Obama, among others, earlier this month.

“I ask for aid and to lend a hand and help the people of Sinjar areas and its affiliates and villages and complexes which are home to the people of the Yazidi religion.”

The situation has gotten much worse since then. The Kurds who protected the Yazidi villages were outgunned by ISIS’ heavy artillery. Air support from the US could have made the difference, but unlike Benghazi, Obama didn’t care about protecting non-Muslims from Islam.

When radical Islamist fighters stormed the northern Iraqi town of Sinjar over the weekend, the Yazidi minority who call it home fled into the surrounding mountains in fear of their lives.

Now, trapped without food, water or medical care in the summer heat, thousands of families are in desperate need of help.

It’s already too late to save dozens of children who’ve died of thirst.

Lawmaker Vian Dakhil, the only MP representing the Yazidi minority group in Iraq’s Parliament, said in an impassioned speech that 70 Yazidi children had died so far, that women were being killed or sold into slavery and that 500 men had been “slaughtered.”

“Similar to the fate of every other Iraqi, my people are being killed. The Shiites, Sunnis, Christians, Turkmen, Shabak people have been killed — and now the Yazidi people are being killed.”

This is real genocide, but the same hatefilled freaks shrieking about Gaza and waving photos of dead babies in every city won’t work up a fraction of an erg of outrage.

Now the refugees are begging Obama for water.

Stranded on a barren mountaintop, thousands of minority Iraqis are faced with a bleak choice: descend and risk slaughter at the hands of the encircled Sunni extremists or sit tight and risk dying of thirst.

Humanitarian agencies said Tuesday that between 10,000 and 40,000 civilians remain trapped on Mount Sinjar since being driven out of surrounding villages and the town of Sinjar two days earlier. But the mountain that had looked like a refuge is becoming a graveyard for their children.

Unable to dig deep into the rocky mountainside, displaced families said they have buried young and elderly victims of the harsh conditions in shallow graves, their bodies covered with stones. Iraqi government planes attempted to airdrop bottled water to the mountain on Monday night but reached few of those marooned.

“There are children dying on the mountain, on the roads,” said Marzio Babille, the Iraq representative for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). “There is no water, there is no vegetation, they are completely cut off and surrounded by Islamic State. It’s a disaster, a total disaster.”

No one is asking Obama to bomb Al Qaeda in Iraq the way that he bombed Gaddafi on behalf of his Muslim Brotherhood LIFG pals. That’s obviously not going to happen.

Like ISIS, Obama appears to see non-Muslims as a lesser breed unworthy of his intervention.

But they are asking for water.

Desperate to reach tens of thousands of people who fled the Islamist militant takeover of the northern Iraqi city of Sinjar and are now trapped in rugged mountains outside the city, international aid officials and representatives of the Kurdistan Regional Government on Wednesday called for the United States to mount a humanitarian mission to reach the beleaguered refugees.

“We are discussing these options with the United States,” said the Kurdish official, who spoke anonymously because he was not authorized to be quoted by name. “We need C-130s to drop huge amounts of water, food and medicine into the area, but this can be very difficult.”

The C-130 is a rugged workhorse transport plane that is well suited for such a mission. But an airdrop likely would require aircraft to fly at an altitude low enough that they could be targeted by Islamic State forces on the ground.

Officials at the American consulate in Irbil did not respond to a request for comment.

Considering that Obama and Hillary wouldn’t provide air support to the Americans being murdered in Benghazi, I would say the chances here are slim.

Here is the lie that Obama told to get the United States into Libya…

“We knew that if we waited — if we waited one more day, Benghazi, a city nearly the size of Charlotte, could suffer a massacre that would have reverberated across the region and stained the conscience of the world.”

Let’s see if Obama’s conscience responds to any people except Muslims.
