CMS Principle Deputy Administrator Andy Slavitt admitted that “there will clearly be bumps” when Healthcare.gov users attempt to enroll this fall.

Rep. Tim Murphy (R., Penn.) pressed Slavitt to divulge problems with the website, citing the GAO report that warned of “significant risks” in the upcoming enrollment period.

Slavitt replied, “I expect that it won’t be perfect.”

“It’s a bumpy process at times,” he said.
