Just dandy, except when some little tenderoni on the crew decides that the Navy just isn't for her any more, pops pregnant, gets transferred, and leaves a gaping hole in what is supposed to be a very tight, disciplined, well drilled crew.  The only concern aboard a submarine should be the mission at hand, not social experimentation.

Same problem that had many surface ships overseas experiencing major crew shortages when several females pulled the same stunt at the same time.
