If the Supreme Court strikes down The Affordable Care Act in total, doesn't it automatically become a hotbed issue for the Democrats going into the 2016 presidential election?

They can point to a Senate and House run by Republicans as obstructionist...more than he's doing at this time....and also point to the power of the Supreme Court and "five white guys" as the problem and the need for a check/balance to ensure that a Democrat appoints any vacancies.

....which should remind us all just how perilous the existing 'Conservative' majority is in terms of danger.  Not only as a group but with this bunch, individually.

They're not going to tear the whole thing down. They had their chance at that and blew it.

My hunch: you have yet another 5-4 split protecting the law, with Roberts voting to throw the case out for lack of standing.

The damned Democrat Party owns the gold medal when it comes to making lemonade from lemons.

Only because the Republican party holds the medal for making lemonade in their pants.
