The Administration has already announced that they will appeal, and this three judge panel did not issue a stay, so it will be business as usual for now.
What worries me is that the Administration will go ahead and hand out these illegal subsidies anyway, and when the whole mess is finally tossed, there will be millions of people who suddenly find out they owe all of that money back to the Government, and God only knows how much money that will amount to by then....
