Turns out it wasn’t much of a secret because the IDF was watching:

BOOM! That’s what I call a targeted takedown.

The IDF doesn’t say what kind of civilian structure it was, but clearly they didn’t want to blow the entire structure. It looks like a large building like a hospital but it’s hard to tell. Either way, no more firing rockets from that window.

No secondary explosion. That means the cache of rockets they were shooting is still there. I'm sure they didn't shoot them all.
 
I would bet that IDF troops will be in that building in a matter of minutes.
