Okay,

Then go through everyone that she emailed, and get the recipient side of her emails. Or at least a significant sample--enough to prosecute.

Of course doing so will take time, while the Obama clock runs out, and he skates away (plausible deniability).

As for her eventual conviction and sentence, I say make an example out of her. Somebody that was damaged needs to sue her.

Lois Lerner, Slapped With Lawsuit Papers at Home

True the Vote is suing IRS employees personally, including Lois Lerner.  Learner was served this morning with the lawsuit (via Twitchy) by a process server at her home.  The lawsuit can be found here listing Lerner as a defendant in her personal capacity.  The reason the complaint header lists her home address is because she is being sued in her personal capacity and for the process server.

Make an example out of her, and ruin most of the rest of her life. Make her pay for lawyers, have trouble finding a job, etc. Attach her assets.

Hopefully send her to prison a few years from now, like Nixon's top operatives, who got fair trials, but got convicted.

The Lerner matters are not Donald Segretti dirty tricks. They are massive partisan abuse of power.

Got her home address?  Time to do to her what countless liberals have done to countless others - hound her at home.

Look at that house! Just another poor, underpaid government "servant".
