First daughter Malia Obama, who is interning on the Los Angeles set of the Obama friend Halle Berry’s new movie "Extant," was spotted at Gjelina in Venice, CA, a famous hot spot always filled with parting celebrities and therefore continuously surrounded by Paparazzi.

After a photographer captured a picture of the 16-year-old Malia partying with friends Monday night he sold the image to a photo agency AKM-GSI. Within hours of the photo agency posting the image for sale on the internet the first lady’s office contacted them asking to remove the photo. The agency did so even sending out a "URGENT SET KILL NOTICE" email to the media.

Are we going to see Malia falling down drunk like Chelsea during her Oxford years?

Meanwhile, Moochbacca poses for selfies with Jennifer Lopez. Being a celebrity is so much fun!

  • Cats rule. Dogs drool.
Kid's 16. I can get behind her not having her photo taken without express permission.
