SMOKING GUN: Obama Administration HIRED Parties to Bring Illegal Children Into US

The Obama administration has fallen under suspicion of having orchestrated an humanitarian crisis of tens of thousands of illegal alien children from Mexico and Central America entering the United States. Weeks ago, reports of the border enforcement officials in border states being overwhelmed and being compelled to “dump” illegal children in facilities in other states began to make the news.

Overcrowding of facilities and the incapacity of federal authorities to manage the sheer number of these children has led to squalid and even unhealthy conditions in the locations in which the government has been forced to house these children. Further, some are blaming Obama administration because these circumstances have led to the exploitation of these children by “coyotes,” the unsavory criminal characters who often wind up transporting such persons, and who also often traffic in drugs, sex slavery, and the like.
The Obama administration has only grudgingly admitted that their policy may have contributed to the belief of some illegals that there are opportunities in the US at this time, and that their children were less likely to be deported than in the past.
Now, evidence has emerged that as early as January 2014, the government was arranging to hire individuals and organizations to bring illegal alien children into the US. There is a solicitation, or Request For Information (RFI) on the website FedBizOpps (fbo.gov) entitled “Escort Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children” that was posted on Jan. 14, 2014.
A link for more information prompts the download of a Microsoft Word .docx file, which describes the specifics of the post:
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has a continuing and mission critical responsibility for accepting custody of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) from U.S. Border Patrol and other Federal agencies and transporting these juveniles to Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) shelters located throughout the continental United States. ICE is seeking the services of a responsible vendor that shares the philosophy of treating all UAC with dignity and respect, while adhering to standard operating procedures and policies that allow for an effective, efficient, and incident free transport. The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year.”
This of course indicates that the government knew many months in advance that these children would be arriving, as opposed to their reacting to a spontaneous “humanitarian crisis.”
