Megyn Kelly Takes On Sandra Fluke

"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim tribute to patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. . . . reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles."
George Washington

Megyn seems to be one of the few reporting on this who has it right.  The contraception mandate was not shut down on pure constitutional grounds.  It was shut down because it was initiated as a policy directive from the administration as opposed to having been written into the law.  Had it been written into the original law, OPapaDocCare would not have passed.  Fortunately, there is another law that says policy directives cannot violate people's religious freedoms, and that was the law under which Hobby Lobby had standing.

Had the original OPapaDocCare  law required all forms of contraception to be covered, it would have stood constitutional muster, in all likelihood.

I wonder what scheme he'll devise next for getting the birth control free to all, including me?

This is as Fluked up as a soup sandwich hit with a football bat........

Why this chick has attracted and retained so much attention is beyond me.  The people who think like her have a number of other very odd, very far left field views as well.  Any guy who has anything to so with a chick that thinks like this is an idiot or a sado-masochist.

This is the modern day "fatal attraction"...smart men steer well clear of this specie....

She is the democrats' modern day Cindy Sheehan but her day in the sun is about over, too.
