White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said on Monday that the “constitutional lawyer in the Oval Office” disagrees with the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision in favor of Hobby Lobby.

“There are now a group of women of an indeterminate size who no longer have access to free contraceptive coverage simply because of some religious views that are held not by them, necessarily, but by their bosses.

“We disagree and the constitutional lawyer in the Oval Office disagrees with that conclusion from the Supreme Court, primarily because he’s concerned about the impact that it could have on the health of those women,” Earnest said.

What is that noise at 22  seconds into the tape? someone in the room laughing or coughing?    Notice how hard it is for jost to keep a straight face.

Last week the Supreme Court said the constitutional lecturer in the WH exceeded his constitutional powers.

I do NOT think a majority of Americans approve of tens of thousands of immigrants walking into the country.

November elections. Time to test Obama, vs public opinion and approval.

That is just about exactly the kind of tone I expected this cocky bastard to take.  How dare SCOTUS disagree with Barry on anything??  This is reminiscent of the outrage liberals voiced when SCOTUS repeatedly spanked FDR for exceeding his authority.  I think you have to go all the way back to Roosevelt to find any President with this many rulings against him, many of them unanimous.

It will be very interesting to see what cases the Supremes pick for oral arguments next term.

Hilarious.  Let's ask The SCOTUS to rule on "who gives a rip what you think Kenyan?"  The SCOTUS said "Kagan and Sotomayor said Hi, and your National Labor Relations Board is dust.  Bring it."

This is a great victory for the unborn and the Constitution.

Earnest didn't quite get it correct.  The Constitutional Lawyer in the Oval Office disagrees with the Constitution - period.
