Do they get to "democratically" elect another government, hand picked by the US?

The US Dept. of State under Obama has presided over the manipulation to rid Egypt of a pro-US govt., the messes in Libya and Syria and now in Iraq.

Obama, Hillary and Kerry can't get anything right.

Except it is now Obama-Kerry-Hagel running things and that is several degrees worse.  When the Hildebeest was SecState Bob Gates and Leon Panetta were SecDef, and whether you agree with them politically or not, both are magnitudes more qualified for the job than Chuckie Hagel is, who is not qualified to open a can of dog food unsupervised, in my view.....

Ahem.... Mr. Kerry, you're a little late.

It looks like large parts of Iraq -already have- a "new government"...
