Shocking Video: Drug Cartels Transporting Illegals Across Our Border

illegals crossing

One Sheriff in Texas likened the illegal crossings to Hurricane Katrina. It’s more than our president doing nothing about what he likes to call a “humanitarian crisis”, he is facilitating what is clearly an invasion.

Megyn Kelly interviewed Dennis Michael Lynch on Friday. He had just been down to the border and filmed the drug cartel scouts transporting dingy after dingy of illegals across our border in the Rio Grande Valley. The border patrol wasn’t available to stop them.

He said there are throngs of illegals with DHS papers getting on buses to various parts of the country. They were put on the buses without being cleared medically or with background checks.

What is going on is illegal and it is an invasion.

According the U.S. Justice Department’s National Drug Assessment of 2011, Mexican drug cartels have been reported to be operating in more than a thousand U.S. cities in 2009 and 2010.

The report concludes that these Mexican-based organizations “control access to the U.S.-Mexico border, the primary gateway for moving the bulk of illicit drugs into the United States.”.

The drug cartels not only control the border, but they are currently controlling the flow of illegal immigrants into this country according to the president of the border patrol union and as reported by Breitbart.

Our president has made his own immigration law in violation of the Constitution.

Our Constitution is our rule of law – it is the law of the land – and it applies to natural born or naturalized citizens, not streams of foreigners coming here illegally or terrorists sitting in GITMO.

There are two references to naturalization in the Constitution:

The first reference that specifically mentions “naturalization, ” is found in Article I, Section 8 in creating the authority of the Congress, “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.” From a Constitutional stand point it is the responsibility of Congress to establish all laws and rules of naturalization or immigration.

It is Congress, not the President, who establishes immigration law and all applicable rules.

The second reference is in the 14th Amendment and it states that “All persons born or naturalized in the United States,” are, “citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

The intent of the Framers was that only citizens of the United States whether born or naturalized are granted the rights and privileges that are available in America.

Our president is giving them taxpayer funded lawyers, food, housing, clothing, and education. He is violating the law of the land – deliberately – to fundamentally change us.
