Hillary Aide on “Dead Broke” Claim: She’s Better Than You, Peasants

Posted By Jim Treacher On 2:00 PM 06/10/2014 In | No Comments

We’re only in Day 2 of Hillary’s big book tour presidential campaign, and it’s already hilarious.

Here’s the perfectly named Kiki McLean, taking a softball question from Ashley Banfield and turning it into another gaffe for the Hillary camp:
<a href="" target="_blank" class="aeva_link bbc_link new_win"></a>

“They have a life and a set of expectations that are different, and they’ve been fortunate to make some money.”

The rich are different than you and me. They have more dough.

Let me put it into simple terms that you dumb serfs might be able to understand: When Hillary said she and Bill were “dead broke,” she meant they could only afford two mansions. And they had to borrow money to do it! That was a stressful, humiliating time. Which is why the Clintons now charge hundreds of thousands of dollars per speech.

See? She’s just like you common rabble. Except better, of course, because you didn’t marry a guy who then became President of the United States.

Are you really going to quibble about a few million bucks here and there, you stupid teabaggers? In case you’ve forgotten:

There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty.
Public virtue cannot exist in a nation without private, and public virtue is the only foundation of republics. There must be a positive passion for the public good, the public interest, honour, power and glory, established in the minds of the people, or there can be no republican government, nor any real liberty: and this public passion must be superior to all private passions. • Don't take life seriously; No one gets out alive
They really think a lot of themselves, don't they.
I wonder when the lies will stop and truth begin, even as grim as the truth may be. And then I remember that for 70 years, the reign of terror in Russia called itself "the people's government." We have so far to fall, yet we are falling fast and Hell yawns to receive us.
