It would appear the media and other opinion "leaders" realize the Obama era will be over soon, and his power is dwindling.
Therefore it is time to put Obama-mania behind, and prepare for the next era. There is much less need now, for them to please Obama.
There will be a delicate "media" balancing act, whereby Bush is criticized for too much war , and then Obama only mildly criticized for weakening our status and influence.
In will march Hillary, the perfectly balanced solution. Under her husband the economy thrived, and peace (mostly) prevailed. Hail to the new Queen, and the olde King. The era of more firsts.
I think the economy may be the primary focus by 2016. House prices and the stock market have recovered remarkably nicely.
Employment not so well, at all. The citizens will be aware the future does NOT appear so bright, after Obama. Will he be blamed?
Will the 47% be the 52% or the 57% by then? Will be still be borrowing from India, China and Japan?
Will inflation hold low, or explode? Will interest rates wipe out house prices and market values?
Mr. Obama has clearly been given a Teflon presidency. But the era is winding down.
The GOP candidate(s) who can speak intelligently about the economic and national security future of America, will get my attention.
