BREAKING NEWS! Holder: Americans Opposed to Obama Guilty of ‘Quiet Prejudice’

Posted on May 18, 2014   by a12iggymom

Attorney General Eric Holder, who has suggested that critics of the Obama administration are motivated by race and referred to America as a “nation of cowards” on race issues while blasting Americans who resist more gun control laws, suggested that those opposed to President Barack Obama’s policy agenda of “fundamental transformation” are quietly prejudiced.

In his Saturday commencement address at Morgan State University, a historically black university in Maryland, Holder said that even though there are no more “separate but equal” laws on the 60th anniversary of the Brown v. Board of Education decision, the “vestiges of state-sanctioned discrimination continue to reverberate across the country even today.”

He said America is done a disservice when they “trade the noisy discord of honest, tough, and vigorous debate for the quiet prejudice of inaction – and the cold silence of consent.” To Holder, dialogue is insufficient to address the “hidden” racism in society but is “a necessary first step that must lead to action.”

They know it, but they also know that the best defense is a good offense.  Turning a failed policy into a charge of racism has worked for them in the past.  How would you like to try to defend Fast and Furious, the IRS scandal, Benghazi, the VA, Solyndra, NSA outrages, etc?  Best to just charge the critics with racism and make them defend.
It's the Supreme Court nominations!

Next chapter:  . . .those opposed to President Hillary Clinton's continued policy of "fundamental transformation" are prejudiced against women.     :smokin:

We should all just admit to being racist sexist homophobes and move on from there. Change the subject. There's no defense to those allegations, so it's just a waste of time to talk about it.

The making of false and ultimately indefensible allegations in public against an entire class of people (in this case, white Americans) in order to discredit or invalidate one's political opposition ought to be a disqualification for holding public office, especially the Attorney General of the United States, for crying out loud.

Where the hell are our standards?  And where the hell is the opposition?
Liberalism isn't really about making the world a better place. It's about reassuring the elites that they are good people for wanting to rule over it.
