Black Celebrities Promote Homosexuals and Transgenders over Education and Jobs

Oprah Winfrey is going to do a reality show on Michael Sam. It seems that Oprah is more interested in sexual perversion than helping her fellow blacks in the areas of education and jobs.
Oprah is a billionaire. By some estimates, she’s the richest African American woman in the world. Instead of using her wealth and numerous connections to develop ways to help young black men and women get better educations and develop job skills, she’s more interested in who Michael Sam has sex with.
“We are honored that Michael is trusting us with his private journey in this moment that has not only made history but will shape it forever,” Winfrey said. “I am proud of the focus on authentic storytelling in our new documentary series format. The next real-life story we follow in ‘The Untitled Michael Sam Project’ promises to spark valuable, important discussion on life in America today. Acceptance and illumination start here.”
A better use of her time and money would be to produce shows about successful blacks in various fields.
By the way, I thought a person's "sexual orientation" didn't matter? How many times have we been told that it's all about football not who a guy has sex with? So why the extended reality show about Michael Sam? The St Louis Rams' organization is asking the same question. Officials were blindsided by the revelation that the Oprah Winfrey Network was doing the show.
How about how a first-generation Ghanaian-American student Kwasi Enin, a 17-year-old high school student, gained admission to all eight Ivy League universities — Princeton, Columbia, Dartmouth, Cornell, Harvard, Brown, Penn and Yale?
Why didn’t Oprah get behind the Marva Collins’ school in her hometown of Chicago when it was looking for funding?
“The pre-K through 8th grade school originally called Westside Preparatory” closed in 2008 “after 30 years. Founded in 1975 by Collins, who focused on high-risk children, its soaring achievements brought national attention.”
“We are closing our school . . . because the community we wanted to serve has not supported, or could not support the school, to the extent financial considerations demand.”
Here was a true success story. Maybe blacks like Oprah didn’t support Collins because President Ronald Reagan had “courted her for secretary of education.”

Why doesn’t Oprah do a documentary on successful blacks like Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams or on black schools where 100% of graduates go to college?
Why not Dr. Ben Carson?
There are probably a thousand great stories to tell, but Oprah has to begin with a guy’s only major accomplishment is who he’s sleeping with. I’m sure that will inspire the black community.
Many blacks are not going along with the propaganda campaign. A coalition of more than 100 black pastors from Detroit spoke out against a Michigan judge’s ruling that overturned the 2004 voter-approved marriage amendment.
The pastors are offended by the comparison of marriage redefinition to black civil rights struggles.
“To state that marriage redefinition is in any way similar to the civil rights movement is intellectually empty, dishonest and manufactured,” says minister Stacy Swimp, founder of Revive Alive Missional Ministry. “When has anyone from the LGBT demographic ever been publicly lynched, specifically excluded from moving into neighborhoods, prohibited from sitting on a jury and denied the right to sue others because of their sexual preferences?”
Not to be outdone, “Tyra Banks is involved in producing a new transgender documentary called TransAmerica. She hopes that by revealing the real lives of transgender persons they can fight stereotypes and find some common understanding between two often disparate groups of people.”
If Oprah and Tyra want to discuss sex, they might want to try stories on how absentee fathers, black genocide through abortion, and out-of-wedlock births can affect a young black woman’s life. These developments in the black community have been affecting history for quite some time.
How about an exposé on why 83 percent of Washington DC children aren’t proficient in reading when DC schools spend nearly $30,000 per pupil? What about a show on how black conservatives are denigrated by other blacks?
